JKTC has worked for organizations in a wide range of industries - from banking to manufacturing, from health care to government, and beyond.

How should you react when someone says something you find offensive? Listen as Patricia Raskin of the Positive Living Network interviews Judy. They discuss ideas on how to honor our heritage while keeping an open mind and promoting diversity and how we can effectively respond when someone says something offensive or prejudiced that makes us feel uncomfortable.

Judy is featured in upcoming book, "Equally Shared Parenting." Read the review, or order the book.

JKTC designed and facilitated a three day Leadership Conference for 500 high-ranking managers of color, in a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and consumer products company.

Over a five-year period, we trained virtually every employee of the city of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The Diversity Steering Committee of a major national insurance company selected JKTC to design and facilitate a series of multi-day retreats, focusing on diversity learning, strategic planning, and training of local “Diversity Champions”.

We present regular workshops for several organizations on topics such as Diversity, Cultural Competence and Workplace Discrimination Prevention. Our clients include a major regional hospital, a large community mental health agency, a State Court system, and several professional associations.

JKTC was chosen to design and conduct comprehensive 2-day -Cultural Competence workshops for professional staff at a state Department of Public Health.

We were brought on board to train the members of a local Human Rights Commission, and Judith Kaye has served as the Commission’s Acting Director for 2 years, responsible for implementing programs and overseeing daily operations.

JKTC will conducted a day-long professional development workshop for the Northeast affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
